How has the pheasant hunting been this season?

We are going out to Logan Co. this weekend for the first time this season. We didn't get out at all last season.

You will see some birds in logan county if you can catch up to them.  They will be kinda skiddish this time of year with the cold weather.  It was a good hatch this year with good moisture.  good luck!

Cool thanks for the info. I might have a hot spot on our way back for Sunday if Saturday doesn't go very well.
The last couple times we have been out there was a lot of snow on the ground.
I hope it doesn't rain, that would be the only thing that would ruin the weekend.

We didn't see as many birds as we normally do when we go out there but still had fun. The birds didn't hold very well. We got like 12 or something in a day and a half.
I'm not gonna like filming was very though. The lack of birds for one thing and then hunting with guys that never stopped or really liked to wait on anything. I was planning on watching the footage today, I know it is going to be shaky...
We had fun though. Just wish we had a little more time.
